Fabian M. Suchanek

Professor at Télécom Paris, Institut Polytechnique de Paris

Fabian M. Suchanek is a full professor at Télécom Paris. He developed inter alia the YAGO knowledge base, one of the largest public general-purpose knowledge bases, which earned him a honorable mention of the SIGMOD dissertation award. His interests include information extraction, automated reasoning, and knowledge bases. Fabian has published around 100 scientific articles, among others at ISWC, VLDB, SIGMOD, WWW, CIKM, ICDE, and SIGIR, and his work has been cited more than 13000 times.

Chloé Clavel

Chloé Clavel is a researcher at INRIA Paris. She is currently working on the interaction between humans and machines, including the analysis of users’ socio-emotional behavior and strategies for socio-emotional interaction. She has contributed to several European and national collaborative projects relating to Social Computing (e.g. H2020 ITN ANIMATAS, aria-valuspa UE-TIC, Labex smart).

Chadi Helwe is a Ph.D. student at Télécom Paris, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, under the supervision of Professor Fabian Suchanek and Professor Chloé Clavel. Postdoctoral researcher

Pierre-Henri Paris is a post-doctoral researcher at Télécom Paris, Institut Polytechnique de Paris. During his PhD thesis at CNAM/Sorbonne Université, he worked on contextual identity in knowledge graphs, and in particular on the conditions under which two entities can share a certain amount of information. As part of the NoRDF project, he works on knowledge representation formalisms for complex knowledge.

Lihu Chen was a Ph.D. student at Télécom Paris, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, under the supervision of Professor Fabian Suchanek and Gaël Varoquaux. In his thesis, the main research topic is entity disambiguation, which aims to develop a general, efficient, and robust entity linking system. He received his MSc degree in computer science from Beijing Jiaotong University. His research interests are in deep learning and natural language processing. He obtained his PhD in 2023.

Paola Ortega Saborío

Paola Ortega is a Master’s student in Data and Artificial Intelligence at the Institut Polytechnique de Paris. Prior to this, she worked for 2 years as a data engineer, combining her background knowledge in computer science with data processing techniques. In her internship, she is developing a method to transform a long sentence in natural language to a set of shorter sentences that are semantically equivalent to the original.
